Requesting Account and Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your TidyLife account and all associated data, you may submit a request by contacting our support team.
To request deletion, please send an email to: tidylife.admin@gmail.com
Include the following information in your request:
- The email address associated with your TidyLife account
- A short message stating that you would like your account and associated data deleted
- Example request: “Please delete my TidyLife account and all associated data.”
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your request is processed, we will permanently delete the following information associated with your account:
- Your TidyLife account information
- All records created within the app (such as vehicles, properties, pets, restaurants, journals, projects, and other items)
- All logs, notes, and activity history associated with those records
- Any associated metadata required for the app to function
Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
Data Retention
After a deletion request is confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
Certain minimal information may be retained temporarily if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security and system integrity
Any retained information will be limited to what is strictly necessary and will be removed once it is no longer required.
